T3S utilizes its proprietary technologies for expression of aglycosylated products.

THE T3S EXPRESSION SYSTEM

Based on the bacterial flagellum, the T3S expression system is capable of secreting proteins directly out of the cell at a rate of 10,000 amino acids per second. This has allowed us to express proteins that are cytotoxic, and produce insoluble proteins as soluble extracellular proteins.

CODON CONTEXT OPTIMIZATION

Our understanding of the genetic code is no longer resigned to three bases. T3S's scientific team is leading the way in our understanding of how codon pairs interact with each other. Based solely on synonymous codon pairings, we have been able to achieve increased protein expression by several folds.

STRAIN OPTIMIZATION

T3S was founded by the leading microbial geneticists. Our strain collection has reached over 20,000 strains. Coupled to our knowledge of bacterial physiology, we have been able to engineer an optimal expression strain free of prophage, limited endotoxins, and plasmid free expression.
